Behind a fence along the midway, just south of Chico, there's an old two story house that has witnessed more of Chico’s history than any other building still in existence. Known as the Wright-Patrick House, it is 14 years older than the better known Bidwell Manson (no longer in existence).

The Wright-Patrick Ranch has been forgotten by the community and has suffered willful neglect.Rod will talk about the people and the history of the Ranch and give us a glimpse into Butte County’s colorful past.
