2023 Spring Lecture Series VI: SAVED OR DESTROYED? REMEMBERED OR FORGOTTEN?

This presentation will explore the history of several historical buildings and the businesses and/or social activities that were conducted in them.  The owners, both men and women, who conducted the daily happenings, created the ambience of downtown Chico.  Furthermore, many built beautiful homes that exhibited their successes.  From legal to illicit, eccentric to conventional, their stories will be shared.
